Key Responsibilities



Manage and respond to customer queries via

email, chat, or ticketing systems

. Handle

data entry, data validation, and documentation

tasks with high accuracy. Update and maintain customer records in the system. Process orders, requests, refunds, or technical issues based on company guidelines. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet performance metrics such as

TAT (Turnaround Time)

and

quality scores

. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data. Prepare daily or weekly reports as required Age criteria : 18 to 29 years Required experience : freshers to 2 years experience

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?34,000.00 per month
