The ideal candidate will handle customer queries and backend operations through chat, email, or data management systems -- ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery without direct voice communication. Handle customer queries and requests via chat, email, or ticketing systems. Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.Manage and update customer or business data in internal databases.Prepare daily/weekly reports on tasks handled.
