About the Role:
We are seeking a
Customer Chat Support Executive (Email Process)
to handle customer queries and issues through email and chat platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to provide quick and accurate resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to customer queries through
email and chat
in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality customer service.
Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams.
Meet process SLAs (response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth query resolution.
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in
Customer Support/Email or Chat Process
.
Strong
written communication skills
in English.
Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously with attention to detail.
Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
Flexible to work in
rotational shifts
, including weekends if required.
