. This is a back-office role involving data entry, email/chat support, and online research. No phone calls are involved. Ideal for candidates who prefer non-customer-facing roles.

Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and speed Manage and respond to customer queries via email or live chat Perform online research and data validation Maintain and update customer records in internal systems Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
