Job Summary: We're looking for a highly skilled Voice Process Executive to join our team. As a Voice Process Executive, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing customer queries in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Service: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally - Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently - Provide accurate information about products and services - Communication: - Excellent verbal communication skills - Active listening and problem-solving abilities - Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively - Data Management: - Document customer interactions and transactions - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions - Issue Resolution:- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service practices
