. The role involves handling backend operations, email/chat support, and data-related tasks while maintaining high accuracy and communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through

email/chat support

(no calling) Update and manage data in internal systems Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks Maintain proper documentation and reports Coordinate with internal teams when required
Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers are welcome

Any graduate / undergraduate can apply

Excellent written communication skills

(English) Basic knowledge of

MS Excel

and computers Willingness to work from

Gurgaon location

Immediate joiners preferred

Skills Required:

Strong written English communication Good typing speed and attention to detail Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, sheets) Positive attitude and willingness to learn
