Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via email or chat (no calling).
Enter and manage data accurately in company systems.
Maintain customer records and update information as required.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues.
Follow company processes and meet daily targets.
