Respond to customer inquiries via

email and live chat

in a timely, professional, and accurate manner Assist customers with product information, order status, billing issues, returns, and troubleshooting Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to offer accurate assistance Document all customer interactions in internal systems (e.g., CRM tools) Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant departments following defined protocols Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction) Handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Maintain a consistent and empathetic tone in all written communications

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
