Role Summary
As a Sales Consultant specializing in non-surgical hair replacement, your primary role is to guide clients through the process of selecting, fitting, and maintaining cosmetic hair replacement systems. This requires strong sales and communication skills, an understanding of client needs, and technical knowledge to ensure client satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Sales: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their hair loss concerns and recommend suitable non-surgical hair patch solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of various hair patch products (materials, attachment styles, maintenance requirements) and be able to explain their features and benefits effectively.
Appointment Setting & Follow-up: Place calls to potential clients, set appointments, maintain client records, update the CRM/Excel, and ensure caWork closely with hair technicians to ensure the chosen hair patch is properly fitted, styled, and customized to achieve a natural look that meets client expectations.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the clinic or salon.
Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to execute promotional strategies and enhance brand visibility.
