Job Profile: Non-Skilled Worker

Job Title:

Non-Skilled Worker / General Laborer / Helper

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting skilled workers (electricians, plumbers, welders, etc.) in daily tasks Loading and unloading materials and equipment Cleaning work areas, tools, and machinery Performing basic manual labor at construction sites, factories, or warehouses Following instructions from supervisors and team leads Carrying out repetitive tasks (e.g., packing, stacking, sorting) Maintaining workplace safety and hygiene standards

Work Environment:

Construction sites Manufacturing units Warehouses or logistics centers Maintenance departments Agricultural fields or farms

Requirements:

Physically fit and able to do manual labor for extended hours Basic understanding of safety protocols Ability to follow instructions and work in teams No formal education required, though basic literacy is sometimes preferred Willingness to work flexible shifts or overtime as needed
