Tier - 1 MNC looking for ITES/BPO Sourcer

Shift timing

-General(10 AM to 8 PM could change by hours)

Work Mode

-Hybrid (2 days a week work from office)

Experience & CTC/Month:

7 months to 18 Months - 26000 to 28000 /Month
19 months to 36 Months - 31000 to 38000/Month

JD:

Should have min 1-3 yrs of sourcing experience in BPO/ITES industry with familiarity in sourcing for BSFI, F&A, Customer Service, Analytics, Procurement and Sourcing, HR, Pharma, Health, Legal etc(Non IT Skills) from different channels (Social Media, Job boards, Referrals etc) Should be able to source/screen candidates as per the JD and within the compensation ranges Excellent communication skill (Written and spoken) Should be a team player, target driven, should have eye for detail (compliant) - go getter- with overall experience of 1-3 yrs Any graduation or masters -preferably in Humanities /Management
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
