Job Title: Service Desk Executive (Non-IT)
Job Summary:
The Service Desk Executive (Non-IT) serves as the first point of contact for handling service requests, complaints, and queries related to non-IT areas such as facilities, maintenance, or general administration. The role involves logging tickets, coordinating with internal teams or vendors, and ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and log service requests via phone, email, or system.
Assign and follow up on requests with concerned teams or vendors.
Ensure timely resolution and update users regularly.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Escalate unresolved issues as needed.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
