Position: Non IT Recruiter-Remote

Location: Remote

Requisites:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR or related field. 2-3 years of recruitment experience in Manufacturing Field (Purchase, Quality, Design, Maintenance Function). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Naukari and Indeed applicant tracking systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibility:

Develop recruitment strategies and plans for non-technical roles Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and platforms Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication Assist with the onboarding process for new hires Maintain recruitment data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team on recruitment progress
