to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various non-technical roles across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service.
You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill workforce requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions.
Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
