Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles
Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Close positions within defined timelines
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Build talent pipelines for recurring roles
