HR - NON-IT Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

Handle End to End Recruitment

Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals)

Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements

Closing vacant positions with in TAT

Requirements:

1 - 3 Years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment

Qualification: MBA-HR or Graduation.

Proven experience with Naukri portal and other job portals

Strong sourcing, screening, and shortlisting skills

Good Communication & Presentations skills

Languages : Hindi, English & Telugu
