We are looking for an experienced

Non-IT Recruiter

who has a strong background in hiring for

Construction, Manufacturing, Legal, Accounting, and other non-IT domains

. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing, screening, and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across various industries. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and clients. Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of various industries like Construction, Manufacturing, Legal, and Accounting. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Salary:

As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,331.98 - ₹30,158.92 per month
