Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Admin, etc.)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
Negotiate salary packages and close offers
Maintain recruitment data and reports in ATS or trackers
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders
