Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel, bakery, and retail divisions.
Source candidates through
Naukri.com
, referrals, and social media.
Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate selections.
Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year experience
in recruitment (preferably hotel/bakery/retail).
Strong knowledge of
Naukri sourcing
and candidate management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Chennai-based candidates only.
