A Non-IT Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and hire talent for various non-technical roles across multiple industries such as finance, healthcare, marketing, customer service, and administration. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, extending job offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job specifications.
Implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
Coordinate and participate in interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate job offers and finalize hiring.Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and candidate databases.
Keep updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Ensure positive candidate experience and employer branding.
