End-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions within the real estate sector (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Facility Management, Site Engineers, Customer Service, etc.).
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and define job roles.
Schedule and manage interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth hiring processes.
Maintain a strong candidate database specific to real estate talent.
Handle offer negotiations, rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.
Track hiring metrics and ensure closure of positions within timelines.
Key Skills:
Strong experience in non-IT recruitment, specifically in the
real estate/construction industry

Good knowledge of hiring for
Sales, CRM, Site Staff, Property Advisors, Facility/Operations roles

Proficiency in sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
