Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles across functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong candidate pipelines to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies. Screen and shortlist resumes to match candidates with the required skills, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct telephonic/virtual/face-to-face interviews and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates. Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and stakeholders. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring or future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree/ Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (2+years) in recruiting for non-IT roles Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools
