Position: Non-IT Recruiter (BFSI / NBFC)

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai | Work from Office

Experience: 2 - 6 Years (End-to-End Recruitment)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in BFSI & NBFC sectors.

Source and engage top talent using Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.

Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.

Maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database.

Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

Requirements:

2 - 6 years of Non-IT recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI/NBFC.

Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Shine) and candidate sourcing techniques.

Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Candidates living near Goregaon East, Malad, Andheri, Jogeshwari, Kandivali, Borivali are a plus.
