Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed job descriptions and specifications to attract suitable candidates.

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, career fairs, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to source candidates.

• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, work experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates, using behavioral and competency-based interview techniques.

• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and the company.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers, including salary negotiations, benefits, and start dates.

• Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work to attract high-quality candidates.
