We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Recruiters team to join our HR TA

team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring the best

talent for our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

o Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking,

and referrals.

o Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.

o Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess qualifications,skills, and cultural fit.

o Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.

o Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluations, and job

market trends.

o Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers.

o Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

o Foster relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.

o Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.

o Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires.

o Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

o Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

o Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

o Strong organizational and time managementskills.

o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

o Positive attitude and a passion for matching candidates with the right opportunities.
