We are looking for a proactive Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various industries such as manufacturing, sales, finance, healthcare, operations, and administration. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions
Understand job requirements from hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Negotiate salary and close offers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Meet hiring targets and timelines
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of Non-IT roles and industries
Ability to screen candidates effectively
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
