Experience - 2-4 years into NON IT RecruitmentRequirementsRoles and Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing & screening resumes
  • Coordinating Interviews
  • Client Coordination - Talking with different hiring managers & get the understanding of the requirements & source accordingly
  • Sourcing experience,
  • Interview Scheduling.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience into Non-IT Recruitment
  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Having sourcing Experience
