Job Summary:

Peak Performance Advisors is seeking an experienced and proactive Non IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles and departments. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, excellent coordination skills, and a target-driven approach to ensure timely hiring while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and candidate records Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination Ensure timely closures and achievement of recruitment targets Build and maintain an active and reliable talent pipeline Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and end-to-end hiring processes Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Hands-on experience with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field
