Source candidates through
job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, and local hiring
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance
Manage
offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure
timely closure of positions
as per hiring targets
Support onboarding documentation and joining process
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements
