Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for

Non-IT roles

, including blue-collar, mid-level, and leadership positions Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field outreach Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and offer rollouts Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports Support onboarding processes and documentation for selected candidates Liaise with external vendors for bulk and specialized hiring requirements Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations

Ideal Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to

Non-IT hiring

Prior experience in

manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors

preferred Proficient in using job portals, ATS systems, and MS Office tools Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
