Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle hiring for non-IT roles Source candidates via job portals, referrals & social media Coordinate with department heads & schedule interviews Maintain hiring trackers and reports Ensure a smooth candidate experience

What We Need:

6 months-1 year experience in non-IT recruitment Strong communication & coordination skills Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Excel & ATS tools Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR is a plus)
