Location: Kochi
Years of experience: 2 to 3 years
Roles:-
? Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
? Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
? Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/video) to evaluate candidate fitment.
? Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
? Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
? Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
? Track recruitment metrics
Skills:
? Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
? 2 - 3 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment.
? Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
? Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
