Roles & Responsibilities :
Collaborate with hiring managers: Work with managers to understand staffing needs and define job specifications for non-technical roles.
Develop recruiting strategies: Create and implement effective plans to attract and source top talent from various platforms.
Source candidates: Use job boards, social media, networking, and other methods to find qualified applicants.
Screen and shortlist candidates: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
Conduct interviews: Perform phone screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the offer process: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and manage the hiring process to a successful close.
Maintain records: Track recruitment efforts and maintain a candidate database.
Ensure a positive candidate experience: Communicate with candidates and provide support throughout the hiring process.
Report on recruitment activities: Generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
