Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Operations, Technicians, Drivers, Field Staff, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field sourcing
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds with hiring managers
Coordinate walk-ins and drive recruitment campaigns
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Handle onboarding documentation and follow-up
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth joining formalities
Provide regular hiring updates and MIS reports to HR Manager
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Non-IT recruitment
Fluency in Kannada
is mandatory
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: MBA/PG in HR)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and recruitment tools
Ability to handle multiple requirements under tight deadlines
