Job Title: Entry-Level Non-IT Recruiter (Night Shift) Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift (7pm to 4am) Note : Cab drop Facility for female employees. This is a night shift position that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. International Calling:Engage in outbound calls to candidates in different time zones, establishing a professional and positive rapport. Effectively communicate job opportunities and client requirements. Collaboration:Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and position requirements. Maintain open communication with team members to share insights and strategies. Documentation and Reporting:Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and progress. Compliance:Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to international time zones. Previous experience in international calling or customer service is a plus. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
