Job Title: Non-IT RecruiterExperience: 3+ Years Female Candidate Job Location : Balanagar ( After 6 month May change to Kompally Location) Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Recruiter responsibilities Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specification
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objective
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
*Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants\xe2\x80\x99 relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as \xe2\x80\x9cbest place to work\xe2\x80\x9d Qualifications
Any Graduate (MBA Most Preferences) Terms : Selected candidate must be willing to Submit Original Certificate and Bond Agreement for 2 years and Salary Agreement Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 918,000.00 per month Benefits:
