Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify and source candidates for non-technical roles through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and initial interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for non-IT positions.
Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to non-IT roles.
Job Posting: Create and manage job advertisements for non-technical positions across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of job offers, including salary discussions and onboarding procedures for non-IT roles.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions relevant to non-technical positions.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including metrics on candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and hiring success rates for non-IT roles.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process for non-IT positions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruiting for non-technical roles across various industries.
