Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Job Postings: Create and manage job postings for non-IT roles across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
Database Management: Keep candidate records up-to-date in the recruitment database, ensuring accurate and organized data.
Reference Checks: Conduct thorough reference checks for shortlisted candidates to verify their qualifications and suitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support for non-technical positions.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in non-IT recruitment to enhance the hiring process.
Recruitment Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies tailored to non-technical roles.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting for non-technical roles across various industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
