Non-IT HR Recruiter

Immediate joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment cycle

for non-IT positions (job posting to onboarding). Ensure an

excellent candidate experience

throughout the hiring process. Support

employer branding initiatives

to attract top talent. ource candidates through

job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Screen, shortlist, and interview

candidates to assess their suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews

with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
