Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive

Non-IT Recruiter

to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in

education (teachers)

and

sales

. The ideal candidate will possess excellent

written and verbal communication skills

, and have a strong ability to identify and attract the right talent for dynamic, client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms.

Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.

Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.

Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback.

Maintain candidate pipeline and manage applicant tracking systems.

Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.

Support onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in education and/or sales domains.

Excellent communication skills--both written and oral.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
