We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Non-Food Incharge/Supervisor
to manage daily operations of the non-food department, including inventory control, merchandising, staff supervision, and customer service.
The candidate will ensure proper stock availability, attractive display, and achievement of sales targets.
2-5 years of experience in
non-food retail or supermarket operations
Good knowledge of
inventory management and merchandising
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (POS, Excel, inventory systems)
Good communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic advantage for GCC)
