1.Examining insurance proposals

2.Collecting background information and assessments of risk.

3.Analysing statistical data using specialist computer programmes

4. Writing quotes and negotiating the terms with brokers and clients

5.Determining premiums

6.Deciding the wording of policies

7.Preparing insurance policy terms and conditions.

8.Liaising with insurance brokers and customers.
