Job Summary :
- Responsible for managing all routine servicing matters and ensuring client retention.
- Lead new initiatives and implement client management processes for Non-EB insurance Products (Fire, marine, Property etc)
- Build and manage relationships with clients at multiple levels within organizations
- Resolve complex client problems and benefit-related issues
- Determine client requirements and coordinate with consulting & analytics teams to develop solutions
- Conduct benefits consulting and perform data analysis
- Manage the entire client relationship lifecycle, including initial contact, understanding requirements, and coordination with TPAs/Insurance companies
- Oversee faster claim processing, endorsement processing, RFP designing, quote procurement, and negotiation with insurers/TPAs
- Recommend policy solutions and handle policy placement
- Perform analytics, create presentations, and conduct regular visits to client locations
- Support Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing renewals, retention, and growth of existing accounts
- Help ensure client retention and increase company revenue through new business and cross-sell opportunities.
