Non-Health Insurance Surveyor (Fire, Marine & General Insurance)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send Immediate Loss Advice (ILA) and Letter of Requirement (LOR) for assigned claims.
Maintain complete and organized case files, including documents, reports, and claim information.
Follow up with insured clients for pending documents/information and share updates with relevant teams.
Apply working knowledge of Marine and Property Insurance during claim assessment.
Verify and validate all submitted documents for accuracy.
Prepare and update MIS reports for active and closed claims.
Coordinate with internal departments through calls and emails to ensure smooth claim processing.
Experience Required:
1-2 years of experience as a Non-Health Insurance Surveyor
