• 0 to 3 years of experience in healthcare eligibility or enrollment processes.

• Proficiency in handling ANSI files 834 and 835.

• Strong communication skills in a non-voice environment.

• Ability to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM.

• Familiarity with US healthcare regulations and standards.

• Experience with data management or processing tools.
