Job Description

We are hiring a Dentist to join our Kandivali-based back-office team in a management role. Our organization operates dental clinics in both India and Australia, as well as dental laboratories in both countries. In this role, you will engage with prospective patients or dentist across Australia through outbound calls, virtual meetings.

This role can include both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities, depending on your experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and receive incoming of potential patients and dentist. Identify patients oral health concerns and guide them with empathy and professionalism. Educate patients on the importance of dental checkups and treatment (without diagnosis). Schedule face-to-face appointments at our Liverpool or Blacktown clinics. Maintain call logs, patient records, and appointment details in CRM software. Handle objections, build rapport, and follow up with undecided patients. Coordinate with the on-ground clinic teams to ensure smooth patient visits. For our dental lab operations, the dentist will coordinate with Australian dentists regarding their laboratory cases and share information about the dental lab services we provide across Australia. Patient coordination will also be part of the role
