Job Description

BOLD is seeking for Technical Professional who will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day technical customer queries and issues. This person will work with cross-functional teams especially Customer service and Development Teams

ABOUT THIS TEAM

BOLD Platform services team design, create, manage and maintain the highly scalable and distributed services for the wider use of web and mobile product applications/portals/websites. Current list of services are based on Microservices architecture whose domain ranges from visitor tracking, User profiles, authentication, content and payments.

Platform team uses state of the art modern technologies like .Net framework, Python, Java, SQL Server, My SQL, Graph DB, SOLR, and a lot of other tools & technologies serving millions of users with hundreds of million transactions everyday through a scalable and fault tolerant architecture.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

\xe2\x97\x8f SQL scripting

\xe2\x97\x8f Bug identification and analysis as the first point of contact

\xe2\x97\x8f Front-end & back-end troubleshooting

\xe2\x97\x8f Provide resolution with front end and back end fixes- on database and on associated customers\' accounts

\xe2\x97\x8f Communicate with different teams and involve them in a resolution

\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze charges on customer accounts.

\xe2\x97\x8f Work with engineering teams for the problems faced by the customers.

\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze Transactional data on the Payment Gateways

\xe2\x97\x8f Should work as an advocate for customers/users. Work as a customer representative instead of a company representative.

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED

\xe2\x97\x8f Good verbal and written communication skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of internet and web applications

\xe2\x97\x8f Quick learning and comprehending abilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Task-oriented

\xe2\x97\x8f Good team Player

\xe2\x97\x8f Working knowledge of SQL

\xe2\x97\x8f Problem-solving skills.

\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of eCommerce, any CRM tool, Ticketing tool will be preferred

\xe2\x97\x8f An idea about the payment processing through payment processors.

\xe2\x97\x8f Should have worked with geographically distributed teams

\xe2\x97\x8f Should have an idea of modern application architecture e.g. microservices

\xe2\x97\x8f An idea about agile methodologies

WHAT\'S GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience in .Net core, SQL Server & Azure
• Versed in Agile methodology
• Sees things through - takes responsibility from workstation to production
• Good written/spoken English.
• Applicants must be mature, responsible & technically outstanding.
