Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with a strong background in Node.js, JavaScript, NestJS, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate should be a self-learner, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for building scalable and efficient backend systems.

Key Responsibilities: ₹ Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Node.js, JavaScript, and NestJS. ? Develop and optimize MongoDB queries and schemas for high-performance applications. ? Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. ? Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. ? Write unit tests using Jest/Mocha & Chai to ensure code quality and reliability. ? Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software. ? Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. ? Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. ? Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements: ₹ 3+ years of experience in Node.js, JavaScript, NestJS, and MongoDB. ? Experience with API Gateway for managing and routing API requests. ? Knowledge of Microservice Architecture and best practices for distributed systems. ? Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. ? Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth. ? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ? Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? A self-learner with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Nice to Have: ₹ Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, Redis, RabbitMQ, BullMQ or Kafka.

Skill Set: Javascript, Node JS, Nest JS, MongoDB, DockerCloudWatch. ? Experience in setting up logging systems (e.g., ELK Stack).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
