: Tech Lead - Node.js

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead (Node.js) with strong expertise in backend

development, microservices, and legacy system migration. The ideal candidate should have

hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, NestJS, legacy migration, and leading development

teams.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead and mentor a team of backend developers.

? Client communication and converting requirements into technical implementation.

? Design and build scalable microservices using NestJS.

? Work extensively with PostgreSQL for database design and optimization.

? Plan and execute legacy system migration and database migrations.

? Oversee project delivery, code quality, and technical architecture.

Requirements

? 7+ years of experience in Node.js backend development.

? Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL.

? Proven experience in legacy system migration and database migration.

? Expertise in NestJS and microservices implementation.

? Experience leading teams and delivering microservice-based projects.

? Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?130,000.00 per month
