Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Building back-end API using Node.js and Express.js
2. Building reusable and clean code
3. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
4. Building REST API
5. Optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability with DB optimization and better data structure
7. Understanding code versioning tools, such as Git
8. Working with front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
